| Dr. Jim Mitroy BSc(Hons), PhD (Melb). |
Senior Lecturer in Physics, Charles Darwin University
My general research interests lie in the areas of atomic physics and computational physics. To be more specific, I am interested in the calculation of atomic structure and electron(positron)-atom collisions. For the last five years most of my research has been concerned with studying the interactions between positrons and atoms.
Some course related material available is now available.
Immediately below are the units which with I am currently involved.
Note, I often disable links to the unit web-site when I am not
teaching it or when I am actively revising the site.
I run units in a number of other discipline areas. The links below list some old units I have taught. All the links to the related material have been disabled.
